Blue Sky Marketing is currently seeking to hire a highly motivated Digital Ads Coordinator

Duties of Digital Advertising Coordinator: Google Ads and Social Media Ads

We are seeking someone who has strong technical and analytical aptitude who can be trained to work with our ad buying teams. The candidate should have 3-years experience in advertising, media, or marketing roles with strong task management skills and strong digital literacy and fluency.  You will be a valuable member of the ad delivery team by ensuring media products and services are setup quickly and accurately for our clients. 

We’re looking for someone with a passion for making numbers work and getting results. The Digital Advertising Coordinator will learn what works, what doesn’t, and will use data to drive the best results for clients. 

Daily Workload will include:

  • Google Ads and Social Media Ads Support:
    • Provide daily support to Google Ads and Social Media Ads team 
    • Build and maintain client reports, maintain client optimization records and track YTD progress to ensure clients are moving forward.
    • Maintain budget documents, ensure client’s budget goals are met and pacing appropriately.
    • Spot organic and paid trends, gather data, develop insights and analyze performance.
    • Conduct detailed competitive analyses upon request for clients and prospective business verticals.
    • Research and evaluate content, advertising and audience opportunities.
    • Support the Ads & Analytics team in gathering materials for ads, placing ads, monitoring and optimizing ads.
    • Maintaining benchmarks reporting.
    • Reporting on Campaign Results. 


  • Google Ads Certified preferred (not required)
  • Facebook Business Manager experience preferred (not required)
  • Facebook Blueprint Course Work completion certificates helpful
  • Google Analytics Certification required
  • Google Tag Manager experience helpful
  • Passion for gathering data to analyze and tell a great story is a BONUS
  • Growth opportunity as markets shift and new online ad opportunities arise
  • Details and analytically focused – comfortable with head-down data review
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Creative in content review to reach campaign goals
  • Creative in seeking new solutions and strategies
  • Have a strong internal motivation to get the job done, a strong work ethic and a high bar for excellence
  • Enjoy thinking strategically and bringing creative solutions to problems
  • Have incredible attention to detail and capable of multi-tasking and coordinating several projects at once
  • Prioritize competing objectives and manage time with skill
  • Assist team members with day-to-day marketing tasks 
  • Other duties as assigned

Virtual Environment: Blue Sky Marketing is and always has been 100% virtual environment with everyone working from "home" offices. We do have hub offices where people periodically co-work.
