Cross Creek Ranch is a project of Johnson Development Corporation, it ranked as one of the top 20 best-selling master-planned communities in the United States in 2011 and 2012. Additionally, the community was recognized as Houston's 2012 Master Planned Community of the Year by the Greater Houston Builders Association.
Blue Sky Marketing has had the pleasure of managing the online marketing for Cross Creek Ranch since it joined the Johnson Development portfolio. In addition to building and managing their website, we also provide social media, online advertising, and lead nurturing campaign management.
In 2012, Cross Creek Ranch was one of four master-planned communities in the nation to achieve over 300 home sales.
